Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your Weekend Stories order.

If your book arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery where possible. We’ll be happy to arrange a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances.

Please include your order details and, if applicable, a photo showing the issue so we can get things sorted as quickly as possible.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
